This piece is an embroidered crew neck using cream thread on the softest sage crew. Due to the nature of these crews being personalized to your number of children, they are made to order and therefore cannot be exchanged or returned. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to ship for this same reason. We often get them out under a week but should we have to order your size in, this can sometimes take the full 10 business days.
