Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS: Returns of unworn and unwashed items is accepted within 15 days of delivery for store credit. Buyer pays shipping and store credit is issued upon package delivery and inspection. Custom and personalized pieces are not eligible for return or exchanges due to the nature of them being one of a kind. Pacifiers and baby bottles are not eligible for return due to hygienic reasons. 

EXCHANGES: Exchanges of new and unworn/unwashed apparel is accepted within 15 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges back and new size is sent out when our shop receives and inspects the exchange. If your chosen size/style is not available at the time of your return, you'll be issued a store credit. Custom/personalized pieces are not eligible for exchanges due to the nature of them being one of a kind.

FLAW / DAMAGE: If item is flawed, our team will cover the cost of shipping back to us and send out a replacement.

ORDER CANCELATION: To make any changes to your order or cancel your order, please email our team within 2 hours of your placed order (shopthewildones@gmail.com). All sales after this time frame risk being shipped so we are unable to cancel. You may see return guidelines above for eligible items.
